Quick Start Guide: Logging into Your Frame.io Account

Step 1: Account Creation

  • Use Your wisc.edu Email Address: To get started with Frame.io , use your @wisc.edu email address.

  • Create a New Password: Your Frame.io account will not be connected to your campus NetID. The password used here is not associated with your wisc.edu account

Step 2: Select Account Type

  • Choose Account Type: You will be prompted to select an account type. Choose “Company or School Account” to proceed.

Step 3: Join Your Team

  • Access Invitations: Check your @wisc.edu email for an invitation to join the PBS Wisconsin Team on Frame.io.

  • Accept Invitation: Click on the link in the email to accept the invitation and join your team.

Step 4: Log In and Explore: Once logged in, you can view projects, upload files, and collaborate with your team.
