This article describes a no-longer-preferred method.  The currently preferred method to access the screening system remotely is described at https://wisconsinpublicmedia.atlassian.net/l/c/pXSM5tZS

To access the server open up Remote Desktop Connection (search for Remote Desktop Connection in the windows start menu),

in the Computer box, type in xscreen-02.radio.wpreng.net, and then hit connect.

It should then prompt for credentials, select More Choices near the bottom, then use a different account.

For the username use radio\<YourFortiVPNUsername> and your forticlient VPN password. Then hit ok, there may be a prompt about certificate errors, click yes.

You should then be connected to the call screening server, and there will be an icon called Bionic Studio on the desktop of the remote server
