Licensing FortiClient VPN

If after updating FortiClient you get an error saying that your VPN connection is not licensed please follow these steps to activate the license.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Click on the Fabric Telemetry Tab, it should look like the screenshot below


  2. In the EMS IP text box, enter core.wpreng.net 



  3. Press Connect, it may take a moment for the connection to become active




  4. When you are connected your Fabric Telemetry tab should look like this screenshot. It may take a few minuets for the client to sync with the configuration server, once it does the license error should go away


If you are connected and you do not see the option to connect to the VPN please email wpr-eng@wpr.org with your computer name so we can make sure you are receiving the proper settings from our servers.
